Purpose

This site provides information about Andarama, offers free tools that run in the browser and gives access to the hosted service. Subscribing to plans is governed by the terms of service, and the processing of personal data by the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

Andarama's source code is published under the EUPL-1.2 licence on GitHub. The texts, design, logo and the “Andarama” brand on this site belong to the owner, unless stated otherwise. The Wikimedia Commons photographs that appear in the sample tours carry their authorship and licence inside the tour itself. What each user uploads and publishes belongs to its author, who is responsible for holding the rights to it.

Liability

The owner strives to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, and corrects it as soon as an error is detected. Links to third-party sites are offered for convenience; the owner does not control their content. Tours published by users are the responsibility of whoever publishes them; if you find one with unlawful content or content that infringes rights, write to us at jl@joseluissaorin.com and we will remove it as soon as we have actual knowledge of it, as provided for in article 16 of the LSSI.

Governing law

This site is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence; in all other cases, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
