Real estate virtual tours: 10 listings for $20 a month
Shoot the home with any 360 camera, upload it, connect the rooms and publish a link that embeds on your agency website and goes on the listing.
$20 a month · 10 listings published at once · swap them when they sell
14-day free trial, no card required; then from $20/month.
From camera to listing in an afternoon
Take the 360 photos with an Insta360, a Ricoh Theta or any camera that produces equirectangular images. Upload them all at once: the importer sorts them and tiles them in your browser. Drag one room onto another to create the step, publish and paste the link wherever you like.
What each listing costs
The Paseo plan is $20 a month (or $200 a year) with 10 tours at a time: about $2 a month per listing. When one sells, you unpublish it and reuse the slot for the next. No per-view or per-photo fees.
On your agency website and on the listing
Every tour has its own link, a QR code for the office window and an iframe or a script line to embed it on the property page. It works on phones with the gyroscope and on VR headsets with nothing to install.
With your brand
With the Excursión plan ($500 a year, up to 500 tours) tours go out without the Andarama badge and under your agency's domain.
Floor plans, text and photos
A floor plan showing where each room is, text with square footage and finishes, detail photos, video and a contact form inside the tour itself.
What it does not do
Andarama works with 360 photographs: it does not do LiDAR scans, 3D dollhouse views or measured floor plans like Matterport. If you need that, Matterport is still the option; if you need to show a home well at a low cost, this is enough.
