Billing and frequently asked questions
What currency do I pay in?
By card, in US dollars (USD): the payment gateway charges in dollars and your bank handles any exchange. Institutions that need an invoice in euros can request one, as explained below.
Can I pay by invoice in euros?
Yes, if you are a university, a school, a museum, a public body or a company. Write to us and we will send you a quote and an invoice in euros with your tax details, payable by bank transfer; if needed, we submit it through FACe. The details are in procurement for institutions.
Do prices include tax?
Any applicable indirect taxes (VAT, IGIC or others) depend on your country and on whether you buy as an individual or as a business, and are itemised on the invoice.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged, because the trial asks for no card. What you have created is kept and can be exported; to create more tours and upload more media you need to choose a plan.
Does it renew automatically? How do I cancel?
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel whenever you like from your account on app.andarama.com: the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and you are not charged again. De por vida is a one-off payment. It is all in the terms of service.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
When you subscribe you ask for the plan to be activated immediately, so, as digital content, the right of withdrawal is lost once it has started (article 103 m of the Spanish consumer protection act, texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores). That is what the 14-day trial with no card is for: you try before you pay.
Can I take my tours with me?
Yes, on any plan and after the trial too: static ZIP, single HTML file or PWA, which work with no Andarama behind them, and the .andarama file with the project.
What if I install it myself?
It is free and has no quotas: the same program, open source under EUPL-1.2, on your computer, on Docker or in your Cloudflare account. The open source page explains how.
An institution?
Universities, schools, museums and public bodies: invoice in euros on request, minor contract (Spanish public procurement), security and data protection documentation, and a self-hosted install with support if you prefer.
